A Different Approach - Physical Therapy for Women, LLC 

ADAPT is located in the heart of Fairfield County in Westport, CT.  It is less than 1/2 mile from I 95 and the Westport/Saugatuck Metro North train station.  It is easily accessible from neighboring towns such as Norwalk, Weston, Wilton, Dairen, New Canaan, Fairfield, Greenwich, and Stamford.

From Merrit Parkway (Route 15) North

  • Take exit 41
  • Make a right off exit ramp onto Rte 33
  • Go straight approximately 1.5 miles to Rte 1 (post road)
  • Cross over Rte 1 onto Riverside Avenue
  • Go approximately 1.5 miles there will be a stop light
  • Stay in the right hand lane at the stop light and continue straight
  • You will then see the entrance to 95S on the right
  • Go under the 95 overpass and take the first left onto Charles Street
  • You will come to a stop sign – take a left at the stop sign continuing on Charles Street
  • At the traffic light about 100 yards ahead (bank on left) make a left onto Franklin Street
  • Go under 95 over pass
  • On the right the first thing you will see is a big sign that has 37 Franklin Streeton it.
  • ADAPT is in the building on the right after the sign.
  • It is a light green building.
  • Park in the front or the side lot – Franklin is a one-way street - so peek around to make sure there is a spot in front before you pass the building.
  • Come in the front door, ADAPT is in the office behind the stair case.
  • The sign on the door says “Westport Therapeutic”

From Merrit Parkway (Route 15) South

  • Make a left off the exit ramp onto Rte 33
  • Follow directions from third bullet above

From 95N

  • Exit 17 (Saugatuck)
  • Stay in the right lane on the exit ramp
  • Go straight through the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp
  • At the next light (1/2 block ahead) make a Left onto Franklin Street
  • A Bank will be on your left.
  • Go under 95 over pass
  • On the right the first thing you will see is a big sign that has 37 Franklin Streeton it.
  • ADAPT is in the building on the right after the sign.
  • It is a light green building.
  • Park in the front or the side lot – Franklin is a one-way street - so peek around to make sure there is a spot in front before you pass the building.

From 95S

  • Stay in the right lane on the exit ramp
  • Make a right onto Saugatuck Avenue
  • Go under the 95 overpass and take the first left onto Charles Street
