A Different Approach - Physical Therapy for Women (ADAPT) utilizes a variety of treatment modalities in order to meet your unique needs.  We are trained in techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, visceral manipulation, manual lymphatic drainage, and joint mobilization to name a few.  At each session your therapist will determine the best treatment modalities to utilize to help facilitate your body’s own healing process.  We do not believe in cookie cutter methods, instead we utilize researched and clinically effective methods and tailor the techniques to each individual person.
